Walk & Talk Therapy

At times, it is helpful to take therapy outside!  It has been shown that combining fresh air, movement and nature can be an incredible asset in therapy.  

  • If you are interested in taking therapy outside, then please discuss with me so we can agree upon goals. 

  • You will set the pace.

  • Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing as well as sunscreen if needed. 

  • A sighed consent form needs to be read and signed before participating in Walk and Talk Therapy.
